Purely Pediatric Wellness offers a variety of health services including regular wellness check-ups, sick visits, sports physicals, detailed vaccine discussions, Integrative consultations, telehealth visits, and even local Concierge visits in the comfort of your home. Purely Pediatric Wellness does not currently accept insurance. Our approach is different from a traditional pediatric office — we prioritize personalized care, longer visits, and building a true partnership in your child's health journey. Your child is not a number here. We strive for the highest level of patient care and customer service, meanwhile supporting the wellness of our team.  Accepting insurance would hinder our ability to provide this higher quality of care, and limit the time and attention we believe every family deserves. However, we do allow payment with your medical HSA or FSA cards.

Insurance-Based Care Model:

• Providers are often limited by insurance rules, coding requirements, and strict time constraints. These limitations force medical practices to see over 20+ patients per day, on average.
• Visits are typically 10–15 minutes, with the aid of ancillary staff, leaving minimal time for in-depth provider discussion or individualized care.
• Insurance may dictate what tests, labs, or treatments are “covered,” even if they aren’t what’s best for your child.
• Families often experience rushed visits and less personal connection with their provider.

Purely Pediatric Wellness Care Model:

• Your child’s care isn’t dictated by third-parties —it’s centered on their unique needs.
• Appointments are longer (30–60+ minutes), allowing plenty of time for thorough history collection, discussion, education, and personalized treatment planning.
• You and your provider make healthcare decisions together, without outside restrictions or third party involvement. 
• Your entire visit is with the provider - from "hello" to "see ya next time!"
• Transparent pricing—no surprise bills or confusing insurance statements.

Pricing is specific to the appointment type. Please call or text for specific pricing. 

Our guarantee - no surprise fees or costs after you leave your appointment. All fees for service will be rendered at the conclusion of the appointment. HSA and FSA credit cards can be accepted. 

We believe in the right for all children to have access to quality pediatric care, despite their right to vaccinate or not. We accept all patients into the practice. We strive for openness, transparency and trust - including the vaccination discussion. 

While we would never deny you the right to vaccinate, vaccinations are not provided as part of our well-child visits. Since we are a small pediatric clinic stepping away from the insurance model, this is not a service we can offer at this time. We can, however, establish a detailed vaccine plan, prescribe vaccines to partners for administration, and answer all questions and concerns. The vaccination administration itself will be conducted by an outside source discussed during your visits. 

Yes, you always have the ability to contact a Purely Pediatric Wellness medical professional after hours for medical advice. This is will be texted conversation, unless the provider feels otherwise. This service is NOT an outsourced company, this is Dr. Brooke, DNP answering every after hours concern.

Urgent medical matters should be handled by one of the several urgent care centers or emergency departments in the metroplex. Please do not call our after hours lines if it is an emergency. This service is NOT a substitute for emergency evaluation. 

At Purely Pediatric Wellness, we are happy to discuss ADHD concerns. We can screen for nutrient deficiencies, discuss heavy metals, gut testing, and hormone imbalances affecting ADHD, among other items. We can discuss other options for care and provide referrals to trusted professionals if testing and formal diagnosis is deemed necessary by all parties. 

We do not manage or prescribe stimulant medications, nor formally diagnose ADHD.
