Michelle Williams, Office Administrator

Michelle is a proud ninth-generation Texan, born and raised in the DFW area, and she’s honored to serve families in the community she has always called home. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services with a concentration in Social Work, a background that reflects her heart for people and her commitment to serving families with care and compassion.

As the Office Administrator, Michelle is often one of the first friendly faces you’ll meet. She previously worked in the front office of a pediatric practice, giving her valuable firsthand experience in supporting both medical teams and families. Having this experience, she understands how important efficiency, communication, and kindness are in creating a positive experience for parents and guardians. She is passionate about building a welcoming, organized, and supportive environment where families feel heard, valued, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

Michelle’s heart for children extends beyond the front desk. She has experience working as a preschool teacher and has helped lead and run the children’s ministry at her church. These experiences have deepened her understanding of child development, family dynamics, and the importance of creating spaces where children feel safe, encouraged, and valued.

At heart, Michelle is a natural helper. As an Enneagram 2 wing 1, she is warm, thoughtful, and deeply motivated by serving others well. She understands that a pediatric office is more than just appointments and paperwork — it’s a place where families entrust their children’s care. Michelle is committed to making each interaction smooth, reassuring, and positive so families can focus on what matters most: their children.

Outside the office, Michelle enjoys reading, music, arts and crafts, and a cozy movie night. She values meaningful time with friends and family and is actively involved in her church community at Shoreline City Church, which plays a central role in her life and work. Michelle enjoys both adventure and quiet moments at home, striving for balance and living with kindness, faith, and purpose in all she does.
